An interesting tidbit on the ethical front for all lawyers and judges in today’s socially connected world. “If a lawyer has a case pending before a judge, the judge must disclose the online connection and ‘unfriend” the attorney” So before a lawyer appears in front of a judge, the judge (and presumably the lawyer) should check their “friends” list. This should be interesting.
